  2. He will hand you Lo Raen's List of Tasks that you must complete until he will let you help him with his problem:
  3. Speak to Lo Raen once you have completed all the tasks.
  4. Travel to the Rat King's Cave at 32.9S, 70.5E, defeat it and loot the Rat King's Tail.
  5. Return to Shoushi and give the tail to Lo Raen for your rewards.
