Tou-Tou Outpost

The new drop point for Tou-Tou since it was destroyed by the Shadows. This location is now a staging point for the Tou-Tou hunting grounds. There are settlement portals here, kill task NPCs and the Tou-Tou Bath House and Hot Spring interest point.
