New or Updated Links
If you know of a new plugin link or an updated link or an added screenshot, please post in this section with the details so it can be added by an Admin to the Plugins page. You can also leave a message on an Admin's talk page for the quickest result.
Page Protection
Due to serious link vandalism the plugins page has been protected and can now only be edited by an Admin.
Definite Malware - Portalspace plugins.
There is some debate on the vault forums (http://betavnboards.ign.com/ac_utilities/b5432/112322256/p1) about the legitimacy of the portalspace plugins. The big thing seems to be that these plugins are mere copies of other peoples work and are not even getting credited for the former authors. Also there are reported concerns of a virus, although after thoroughly testing one of the plugins I was unable to find the virus. I could edit out the link but seeing as that would be my first action on this wiki I thought it would be in bad taste :) --Zeragoth 00:22, January 10, 2010 (UTC)
- Today on TD, the hacker, whoever he is, hacked two TD accounts. He said he has got 7 accounts info in the last week, possibly from downloading from the wiki. He is holding the accounts for ransom. It is basic extortion. He says he will delete the accounts unless he is paid 2,000 MMDs on FF, though he lowered it to 1,000. He deleted the character and then restored to offer the lowered price. He then deleted the character again.
- I have some screenshots and some log. See this as well:[1]

- "He said he has got 7 accounts info in the last week, possibly from downloading from the wiki" Do you mean that he in some way hinted at using the wiki to get the accounts, or is this a guess on your part that the wiki was involved? If there is some security issue with the wiki, I'd like to know so we can fix it or report it to wikia. Do you know if the account thief on TD is the same person as the user:Portalspace here, who added the link to portal tank?
I'm fine with the removal of the link of a decal program suspected to be bad, especially since it is a combat macro used primarily to violate the code of conduct. --An Adventurer 14:29, January 19, 2010 (UTC)
