Hi, I'd hoped to get it out in December but ended up adding a lot more stuff than I expected. I need to test all the additions out still for bugs and finish a few minor things but I'll have the new version up tomorrow or Saturday. I'm glad you made that suggestion on the panorama, since I've added the free crop it's become quite useful. Because we publish under an open license, there's nothing we can do to force Wikia to shut down their version if they don't want to, we've asked them several times in a couple of ways and basically it makes them money so they refuse. We go back and forth with them in search listings but one big advantage they have is they're such a large wiki farm that they have a lot of ingoing links that count towards SEO even though they are unrelated to their AC wiki. The best thing we can do is just remind people in /cg and on the forums whenever it comes up that they should use the current site. Good point, I added crosslinks to all three, now that there's a lot more content it would be a good idea to start cross linking things as much as possible to help navigation and so people can find stuff that people might not know is there.

<br>Unique spells like that can have their own page, marked as Category:Unlearnable Castable Spell. The only time that a unique quest only spell should redirect to a standard spell page is when it has an effect that can be seen to stack with or surpass regular spells. For example, there are many quest only cantrips (like on the living weapons, or the spear of purity) but these can be proven to stack or override standard spells and cantrips.
<br><br>So in short, most unique quest/item spells that mimic a life, creature, or item spell/cantrip will redirect to the appropriate page. That would be true of any version of windows, file names have some characters that are restricted and are reserved for system use (/\:?"<>|). You'll get an error message if you try to rename a file using one of these in an explorer window, WST should give you an error message but I just didn't code one in (adding all possible error messages isn't trivial and so instead of having the program crash on unhandled exceptions and lose any work in progress I just have it fail at the task at hand and continue). Now because the wiki server is linux based it is possible to have files with for example : or ? in the name, and there's a rename box when uploading files that allow you to change the name from the actual file name, but I'd recommend avoiding it if at all possible, it makes it more difficult when backing up the files to a non Linux system. --{{User:Tlosk/Sig}} 11:10, 15 September 2012 (EST)
