- Level I to Level VI spells can be purchased from Scriveners as well as found as random loot on creatures depending on their Loot Tier.
- Level VII scrolls can only be found as random loot on creatures and in chests. Many chests can drop VII scrolls, but 1-3 scrolls always drop per pull from Steel Chests that spawn randomly on the landscape (fixed location SIK chests spawn regular loot instead of scrolls and mana stones like the ones outside).
- The special war spells, blasts, walls, volleys and rings are rare drops in outside SIK chests. Walls and rings can also be obtained by giving Pyreal Bars to Feruza ibn Salaq in Beach Fort.
