Just north of the Jailer is a hidden wall, behind it is a hidden portal (does not show up on radar) to Jester's Prison, double click the portal to enter. The Jester's Prison Door inside is Resistance 9999 to lockpick. To gain access you will need to give [[Laylana]]'s [[Pleading Letter]] to [[Lord Cynreft Mhoire]] and obtain the [[Jester Prison Key]].
