Combine the [[Ornate Brass Banding]] and the [[Carved Wooden Shaft]] to make an [[Uncapped Magic Scepter]].  Combine the Uncapped Magic Scepter with the [[Hardened Blue Crystal]] to make an [[Unpowered Magic Scepter]].  Finally, combine the Unpowered Magic Scepter with the [[Barely Comprehensible Magic Scroll]] to make the Scepter of the Portal Currents.  When used, the sceptre will portal you to [[Candeth Keep]].
