# Gather your group at the [[Graveyard]], and have one person give [[Lo Shoen's Rat Bait]] to one of the [[Rat Burrow]]s, which spawns [[DeathTail]] as well as a slew of [[Grave Rat]]s and [[Blood Curse Rat]]s.
# Defeat [[DeathTail]] and loot a {{Itemlink|Death Tail's Fang}}.
#* Note: The corpse will also contain between 0 and 5 {{Itemlink|Ancient Mhoire Coin}}s, and possibly a {{Itemlink|House Mhoire Cloak}}.
# Hand [[Death Tail's Fang]] to [[Lo Shoen]] at 65.3S, 43.4W to receive your rewards.

When Deathtail is defeated, his body will contain from 0 to 5 Mhoire Coins and 9 [[Deathtail Fang]]s.  Each member of party should loot a fang.

There is no lower level limit on picking up a fang.  A group of high level adventurers can kill Deathtail and allow lower level adventurers to pick up the fang.

This quest was introduced in the [[Dark Materials]] patch. When it first came out, it was bugged, and was returning 2000% experience capped at 100 million.  The design was supposed to be 20%.  
 
As part of the [[Masked Memories]] patch, the bug was fixed, and the design changed to 50% to keep it's usefulness as an allegiance quest.
