- Give to Merwart Mundagurg in Ayan Baqur.
- Note that you must have completed a certain number of faction quests for Whispering Blade or Rossu Morta (unknown yet which stage flags you. Merwart will give you the quest after you have completed 3 tasks, possibly fewer, for either Whispering Blade or Rossu Morta).
- Mekhmet tells you, You have helped Silyun in the past, but you must do more to prove your loyalty. Speak more with the Grand Mother, and see what she would have you do.
