It looks like the person who made this atlatl had started to carve a hole to turn it into a pipe, before realizing that would make it useless as a weapon. The initials "UU" can be seen, carved into the stem.

Damage modified increased from 150% to 190%. Damage bonus changed from 23 to 0. Elemental Damage Bonus added. Melee modifier increased from 11% to 18%. Value increased from 3,200 to 50,000.
