Walkthrough & Notes

1. Sergeant Huang will give you a Sawato Bandit's Mask.
2. Put on the mask and speak to the Unfriendly Barkeeper at 25.3S, 56.6E.
   • Note: If you do not wear the mask, the barkeeper will not speak with you.
3. Go outside behind the Bar and look for the Trap Door. Use it to portal into the Sawato Bandit's Hideout.
4. Once inside, you must kill 15 Sawato Bandits to complete your task.
   • Note: Bandits use hollow weapons and their crossbows hit HARD.
5. Once you've completed the task, you're flagged to enter the Ringleader's Chambers, located in the East wing of the dungeon.
6. From the drop, locate the Sawato Bandit to the south. Kill him and loot the Sawato Bandit's Ledger from his corpse.
7. Return the ledger to Sergeant Huang for a Old Footlocker Key, which opens the Old Footlocker, nearby.
8. Optional: Hand unwanted items back to Huang for experience rewards.

Sergeant Huang tells you, "Hello, I am Sergeant Huang, apprentice to the Ryu Jou Gai, temple of the Dragon of Power. The people of Sawato, in this obscure swamp, have gone unnoticed and unprotected for too long. Because of this bandits have moved in and are extorting the people of Sawato. As an apprentice to the Ryu Jou Gai I have been charged with organizing efforts to remove or at least hinder these bandits."

Sergeant Huang tells you, "Take this mask, I believe it will allow you to infiltrate the Bandit's hideout. Their hideout can be found near 25.6S 56.5E. Talk to the Barkeeper there, our intelligence leads us to believe he acts as some sort of door man."

Sergeant Huang tells you, "Gain access to the base of these bandits and bring me back any information you may find about their activities in this region."

Sergeant Huang tells you, "May you be guided by the Four Stones of Jojii."

Unfriendly Barkeeper

Unfriendly Barkeeper tells you, "I don't think I have seen you around these parts before... You must be one of those new recruits."

The Barkeeper sneers at you.

Unfriendly Barkeeper tells you, "Get out of here, go around back and use the trap door!"

Handing in Sawato Bandit's Ledger to Sergeant Huang

You give Sergeant Huang Sawato Bandit's Ledger.

Sergeant Huang tells you, "I see you have found a ledger, this will serve us quite well."

You've earned 3,500,000 experience.

Sergeant Huang gives you Old Footlocker Key.

Sergeant Huang tells you, "Take this key, you will find an old footlocker here with me. In that footlocker you will find rewards that will assist you in continuing your good deeds throughout these lands."

Sergeant Huang tells you, "Take the weapon and the shield and select only one of the breastplates."

Sergeant Huang tells you, "If you feel you do not need these items you may return them to me and I will reward you differently."
