== Overview ==
Due to events surrounding the [[Ancient Olthoi Queen]], Olthoi activity on mainland Dereth increased greatly. Previously undiscovered deeper catacombs appeared ins everal of the older Olthoi dungeons, and these deeper catacombs all connected to an even deeper dungeon, the [[Catacombs of Opposition]]. Elysa sent scouts to investigate these new tunnels, and the scouts left notes behind for adventurers to find. In the deepest catacombs a group of Isparian Olthoi fighters were found, having been cut off from the outside world since the days of [[The One Queen]]. These fighters were adept at crafting weapons from the remains of Olthoi.

# No matter which of the portals to the Catacombs of Opposition you take you will always land in the same spot. The drop is very hot with about 10 or so Olthoi Soldiers waiting for you.

# Run down through the Catacombs of Oppression until you reach a large, green room. You are now at the Olthoi Town.

== Making the Olthoi Weapons ==
 
* In the [[Catacombs of Opposition]] many of the types of olthoi drop special trophies that can be given to the NPCs in the town in exchange for weapons.
* The [[Olthoi Femur|Femur]], [[Olthoi Stab Claw|Stab Claw]], and [[Olthoi Long Claw|Long Claw]] all have a 1 week timer on picking them up. However, the Crest has no timer (presumably because it can used to make two different weapons).
* The drop rates are all relatively high except for the Femur from the Olthoi Soldier which has an unusually low drop rate. Be prepared to spend well over an hour killing Soldiers for the Femur if you're not lucky.
* A couple of the weapons require some mundane store bought items to be given to the NPC. You can buy these before you start the quest and it will save you the trouble of finding them off the olthoi.

Overview

Due to events surrounding the Ancient Olthoi Queen, Olthoi activity on mainland Dereth increased greatly. Previously undiscovered deeper catacombs appeared ins everal of the older Olthoi dungeons, and these deeper catacombs all connected to an even deeper dungeon, the Catacombs of Opposition. Elysa sent scouts to investigate these new tunnels, and the scouts left notes behind for adventurers to find. In the deepest catacombs a group of Isparian Olthoi fighters were found, having been cut off from the outside world since the days of The One Queen. These fighters were adept at crafting weapons from the remains of Olthoi.

Walkthrough & Notes

Deeper Catacombs

  1. Enter one of the dungeons below.
  2. Make your way to the end of the dungeon, and enter the Deeper Catacombs.
  3. At the end of the Deeper Catacombs, pick up the Note from a Scout.
    • Note: For the Lair of Death, the note is found at the end of the first dungeon, and not in the deeper catacombs.
  4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for any other notes you wish to obtain.

Catacombs of Opposition

  1. From any of the Deeper Catacombs, make your way to the end where you will find an entrance to the Catacombs of Opposition.
  2. Traverse the dungeon to reach the Olthoi Fighter resistance camp.
  3. Along the way, kill Olthoi and search for special trophies on them that can be handed in to the fighters in return for crafted Olthoi weapons.

  5. Return to the Olthoi Town and give the Grubs to Pincer Danta or Mandible in exchange for a Grub Bite.
  6. Speak to Scout Luzumin Abigwei to receive A Note from a Scout.
  7. Bring any notes you have collected to the Royal Guard in Cragstone for your rewards.
