#*Defeating those spawns the node Blight Lord.  He will vuln you on top of the level 7 wars, so watch for the windup.  The melee damage seemed negligible with a shield.  I used armor rend bludgeon (mace) attack, which probably wasn't optimum, but did the job after imperil and bludgeon vuln (grenades).  I would suggest having a few dispell gems.
