Found at the end of the Hall of Hollows
His name is an anagram of Candeth Martine.
Originally found in the Hollow Lair during The Gathering Storm event, until he was defeated.
On death:

As Dranith Menacet's dying sighs fade into the stillness, a crumpled note, worn and creased from many readings, tumbles from his broken frame.
