Obtained by exchanging a stamped Lucky Gold Letter between Samsur and Yanshi.
In Samsur, the town stamp is in Musansayns Vaults and stamped letters go to Rubid al-Jurma.
In Yanshi, the town stamp is in Deserted Ruin and stamped letters go to Dai Ya the Scholar.


Discoveries Artwork and icon updated. Spells increased from level II to level III. Arcane Lore: 15 activation requirement removed. Old icon:
