Description
A floating Advocate Tower above a hill near Fort Teth that can only be accessed via a portal in The Floating City's Lost Chamber. It contains a random Direlands portal.

- From The Floating City, make your way to Skyway and then the Lost Chamber where the portal to the spire is found.
