They forced me offin' that hill, but not before I caught me a glimpse of somethin' gold shinin' in the ruins. This is one of the quests only accessible by finding a rare portal gem as a trophy on certain creatures.

  2. It is a safe drop. On the hill, in between the ruins, lots of Sclavus spawn| Chomu Sclavus, Faisi Sclavus, Aste Sclavus Lord, Essa Sclavus Lord
  3. On the ground, at 21.0N 12.7W, you find a Large Golden Coin.
  4. Give the Coin to a Beggar, such as Binthura the Beggar in Dryreach.
  5. She will give you a Serpent Ring, and a Philanthropist Title Token which can be turned in at the Bestowers' Guild of Dereth in Eastham, Lin, or Qalaba'r for the title reward.
