Quests which reward some sort of Legendary Key fall into 2 categories: those which count towards Legendary Quests and those which do not. Generally, the quests which reward Legendary Keys count towards the total and those which give Aged Legendary Keys and Durable Legendary Keys do not. However, there are quests which are exceptions to this rule.
Quests which count toward Legendary Quests can be tracked using the Contract for Legendary Quests purchased from Barkeeper AmberJill in the Aluvian section of the Town Network. Note that you must keep track of which quests you have completed as part of your total. The contract displays only a number and will not tell you which quests were completed.

- During the The Quest for Freedom most of the kill task quests were updated and the rewards changed from Legendary Tokens to Aged Legendary Keys and Durable Legendary Keys.
- The Rynthid Tentacle Weapons quest originally did not count towards the Legendary Quests count. This was fixed during the Fowl Play event.
