Overview

Mhoire Castle is an extremely large dungeon which is accessible only from the Graveyard. Like the Graveyard, creatures inside the castle drop tier 8 loot. The castle itself contains several NPCs and related quests that can be completed inside. Due to its close association, the castle is considered part of the Graveyard.

There are four portals used to access the castle arrayed around the Mhoire Castle Courtyard within the Graveyard. You must complete a flagging quest to gain access to the courtyard (see Castle of Lord Mhoire Quest). Initially you can only use the Mhoire Castle Northeast Tower portal, however after completing the trial in each tower, you are flagged to use that tower's portal from the courtyard.

Due to the many doors and walls within the castle, it is often considered to be the safest tier 8 area in the game. It also often tends to have a low population of players due to the flagging requirements and steps to reach the castle itself.

Update History

The Risen Princess Mhoire Castle tower (NW, SW, SE) now has it's respective gargoyle generate a portal back to the Northeast tower. Balance of Power The three chest rooms updated with Legendary Chests and the Sealed Treasury chests moved one room over, see map for details.
