Generation 1 Pack Dolls such as this doll can also be obtained by gambling Mosswart Thanking Stones with the Casino Owners (<5% chance).
Until Cloak of Darkness, generation 1 Pack Dolls could be given to the Casino owners such as Monty the Munificent for a chance at a Golden Gromnie, a Tiny Shard, chest key, or a pyreal pea (see Casino/Archive#Pack Doll Gambling). This is no longer the case.
