Starting point - Talk to Lord Pyrovor (NPC) located at 72.8N,25.0W just north of Stonehold. This will flag you to enter the Dericost Vault dungeon.

Dericost Vault Dungeon located at 74.7N,24.6W   At bottom of Dericost Vault dungeon there is a Ruschk Sadist Warlord that holds a key to the locked door. Kill Ruschk Sadist Warlord and loot key. Open door and get ??? (green colored crystal) and return it to Lord Pyrovor to be flagged for Black Spear Temple at 74.0N,28.6W.

Work your way to bottom of the Black Spear Temple until you find the Grael Portal. Enter portal and you will come into contact with Ruschk Aspect of Grael. Entering this portal also flags you to use the Grael Portal at the top of the Black Spear Temple in case you get killed by the Ruschk Aspect of Grael. Kill loot Black Spear and key.
