To complete this quest you must first complete the [[Hunter Quest (Shadow-touched Virindi Paradox)|Shadow-touched Virindi Paradox Kill Quest]], [[Hunter Quest (Shadow-touched Virindi Quidiox)|Shadow-touched Virindi Quidiox Kill Quest]], [[Hunter Quest (Virindi Paradoxes)|Virindi Paradoxes Kill Quest]], and [[Hunter Quest (Virindi Quidioxes)|Virindi Quidioxes Kill Quest]].  Combine the [[Ornate Brass Banding]] and the [[Carved Wooden Shaft]] to make an [[Uncapped Magic Scepter]].
