Notes
Secret Putiputi place contains 4 parts, the portal to each one is opened by destroying a Glowing Pustule in the correct area at the end of each part.
Olthoi Cisterns are found in each part and one of them contains a Mysterious Tumerok Artifact. The correct one can be identified by right clicking them until you find the one that is an unlocked container. Opening the wrong cistern can summon Olthoi spawns.
