Obtained by exchanging a stamped Scarlet Red Letter between Yaraq and Yanshi.
In Yaraq, the town stamp is in Sea Temple Catacombs and stamped letters go to Mara al-Luq.
In Yanshi, the town stamp is in Deserted Ruin and stamped letters go to Dai Ya the Scholar.


Discoveries Artwork and icon updated. Mana Conversion Mastery Self II and Item Enchantment Mastery Self II added. Mana cost reduced from 1/20 to 1/40. Arcane Lore: 15 activation requirement removed. Old icon:
