* One of the [[Spectral Weapons]], it is crafted by adding a [[Spectral Binding Stone]] sold by [[Hurnmel the Smith]] in [[Graveyard]] to a [[Spectral Staff (Casting)]]. If you have one of the bugged versions from when it first came out, you can give it to the [[Jester]] for a new version.
* One of the [[Spectral Weapons]], it is crafted by adding a [[Spectral Binding Stone]] sold by [[Hurnmel the Smith]] in [[Graveyard]] to a [[Spectral Casting Staff]]. (Currently bugged, speak to envoy via urgent assistance)
* Note that some spectral weapons lose their 160+ req when made soul bound, this isn't one of them, it retains a 160 req.
