Notes
- Given to players starting with Staff trained (pre-Master of Arms) or to Gharu Characters starting with Light Weapons trained.
- Can be upgraded to an Academy Staff with Oil of Rendering.
- During the Master of Arms patch, the skill was changed from Staff to Light Weapons and the damage upped from 2.4 -4 to 4.5 - 9
