This quest requires the dispatching of four tough critters scattered throughout Dereth. The combination of the trophies dropped produce an item that is givable to The Pharmacist NPC in Haven, who will then give you a Little Blue Pill. These pills can be used as alternate currency to purchase high-end items in Adventurer's Haven from the NPC known as Ed (go figure).
