Prof Stubbins stands next to the Sizematron in the North East wing on the Marketplace. He sells "Growth" and "Degrowth" tokens which when given to the Sizematron will grow or shrink your character.
Each token costs 50 trade notes (250,000)
Sizematron Extended Growth Token will set your character to 1.2 scale (20% larger than average)
Sizematron Growth Token will set your character to 1.1 scale (10% larger than average)
Sizematron Average Token will set you to "standard human height" (does not apply to Lugians or Empyreans, their default scale is 1.2)
Sizematron Degrowth Token will set your character to .9 scale (10% smaller than average)
Sizematron Extended Degrowth Token will set your character to .8 scale (20% smaller than average)
