Virindi Armorer is a vendor located in the South East wing of the Marketplace. He sells Braced armor and the beginner level pre-rended weapons which are suitable for characters under level 50.
The Braced armor comes with many level III attribute buffs, and no wield requirement.
His weapons do not have cantrips or spells, but skill requirements and weapon stats are in line with what a level 5 to 50 character would expect to use.
He also sells Trade Notes.
