With the planets and the stars aligned, the followers of T'thuun began the ritual to summon their master to the surface. Elysa and Asheron appeared once more to rally the Isparians to defending the realm from certain doom. Their ritual failed, tragedy was averted for the time being.

The patriarchs attempted their ritual again, and raided Isparian settlements for more invoking stones, but each time they were thwarted by Isparian defenders. With no clear way to defeat the powerful undead patriarchs, the two sides have become locked in a stalemate, and Isparians must remain vigilant, lest the Falatacot fulfill their dreams of releasing the ancient demon.
