Captain Tulmada appeared for a brief minute in Eastham, and summoned a portal to 58.5N, 10.3W.
After a very short battle (which most people missed), he handed out a Strengthened Mana Forge Key, a Pack T'thuun, and the title of Dereth's Elite.
The entire event lasted less than 5 minutes.
