- Dropped by Marauders that spawn in Ayan Baqur
- Turn in 30 to the Royal Scout in Mayoi (only present during raids)
- Turn in 30 to the Royal Scout for the title ??.
- Turn in 90 total to the Royal Scout for the title ??.
- Stack Size is 30. The Royal Scout takes all the stones out of your inventory when you hand them in so there is no point is getting more than 30 at a time.
