The Alloy Fan that is used in the Undead Mechanic Quest and the Pyreal Forge Bellows for Aerlinthe Recall are found in the Magma Golem Section near the bottom of the dungeon by the forges (See Map).
During the early days of AC, this was a popular dungeon for life mages to drain magma golems.

Alloy Fan - found in the final room that causes volcanic heat damage, 27 day timer
Pyreal Forge Bellows - found next to a furnace near the alloy room, no timer
Sturdy Iron Chest - final room with alloy Fan

Surface - 2 found at drop and 1 in the lower magma section, drop at 66.7N, 12.5E
