Creature Lords began appearing on the landscape during the Keep Your Enemies Closer event. During A Perfect Paradox the stats of the special items were updated, and the Fetid Dirk and Skeletal Atlatl were added. In the Come What Follows the NPC Belinda du Loc was added to Stonehold, who will enhance some of the items, as well as give a killtask for them. In addition, the Diamond shield can also be enhanced from the Medium Harbinger quest.
