70+:

You need to be flagged by doing the Portal Space Research Quest to access the Crystalline Crag
The first dungeon contains 4 Crystal (Marker)s (2nd through 5th). See map below for locations.
Using a Crystal (Object) spawns wisps which drop the Rare Crystalline Shards. Using a Crystal (Object) also has a random chance of spawning a Aggregate Crystalline Wisp, which drops an Aggregate Crystalline Shard
Aggregate Crystalline Wisp can also found from the second level and lower
Even though the level req is only 70, the dungeon can be dangerous because it's easy to get surrounded by the wisps and they spam wars.
At the bottom of the dungeon a portal was added during Who Watches the Virindi?

that leads to another dungeon also called Crystalline Portal.

90+:

In the second dungeon are five additional markers (6th through 10th). The 110 portal is at the very end by the 10th marker. See map below for locations.
