Route	Purchase a portal gem to Plateau Village in Holtburg from the Wedding Planner and take the Zatara portal (45.3N 42.3W). You can also use a Replica of a Tursh Totem portal device from your mansion if you have one already.

To progress on to the sewers you must first kill Poltergeists in the pit below the bridge, once you receive the following message you can then use the portal:

Poltergeist's ethereal energies wash over you as its form dissipates into nothingness. You feel changed somehow.

During the Infiltration event, the upper level restriction was removed (was 80-??).
