Key (Eastham Sewer) - carried by Drudge Stalker Pack Rat, unlocks the chest with the shield.
Metal Round Shield - inside chest unlocked with key.
Slimy Broad Sword - inside shield chest, 6 day pickup timer, xp item

Surface Portal - Found at entrance, drops at 18.7N 63.5E.

Reforging the Past Unique key carries added: Drudge Sneaker Pack Rat Matted Drudge Skulker From Darkness, Light Level 50+ restriction added. Slimy Broad Sword added to the shield chest. Respawn timer on shield shortened. Sewer door and chest door now 322 and 350 difficulty respectively. All chests changed to 400 difficulty except shield chest which is 350 difficulty.
