Principles & Philosophy

  • Wants to create a "well-ordered realm ruled by law and founded upon order" by restoring power to the Kingdom of Dericost.
  • Allied with or loyal to the Filinuvekta, the Winds From Darkness.
  • Wishes to harness the power of the Ley Lines to:
    • Unspecified, simply states they wish to consolidate the energy so all loyal members may share in it's bounty.
  • Not allied with any of the Isparian Kingdoms or factions.
  • Not allied with Asheron.

Criticisms

  • The Web is rather mysterious at this point. It is unknown who their leader is, and whether they are a Dericost noble or an Isparian. Their intentions for the use of the ley lines is also vague.
  • The Web is admittedly pro-Dericost, and Isparian-Dericost relations are poor. Isparians are looked down upon in Dericost texts and interactions, often referred to as pawns of the Yalain or meddling outsiders. In addition, Isparians haven't been helping by repeatedly killing the scattered remains of the citizens and soldiers of Dericost and looting their tombs.
  • Conspiracy theories involving a much more pro-Dericost agenda than laid out in the Canon of the Eldrytch, including enslavement or eradication of the Isparian population, use of Isparians in Blood Magic sacrifices, or other villainous schemes.
