To flag to enter this dungeon, give a Repaired Shadow Stone to Ciandra in Xarabydun. At the end is a book on the ground, you'll need to take the book to Bretself the Translator, then take to Ciandra, Arcanum Alchemist in Xarabydun. This flags you for the portal at the end of the dungeon to Atlan's Laboratory.
