Description
This location is on the top of an obsidian spire at 76.0S 67.1W and can only be accessed as part of the Counterfeit Writ quest.
The Building is a Mansion-like Structure, with the same lay-out.
During the Reclamation event, an Exploration Marker was added.
Route
