Note: You must have completed the Mhoire Infiltration Quest before starting this quest.

Speak with the Mhoire Soldier in the Graveyard recall bunker, right next to the NPC for the Mhoire Infiltration Quest.

Cavernous Refuge - Book 5 - 7.3S, 13.4E best access from Jackcat Canyon settlement.
Shadowy Refuge - Book 6 - 26.8S, 96.0E in Tou-Tou.
Twisted Refuge - Book 7 - 62.7s 64.9w in Obsidian Plains.
