- Pre-patch GSA is the very first Shadow hunter armor introduced during the Darkness Ascendant event.
- It became a retired item during the To Raise a Banner of Flame event, when it was reduced in AL for being too powerful (see Greater Celdon Shadow Sleeves (Post-Patch).
- The Neo-GSA is identical to the pre-patch suit in AL and stats but has a level 30+ wield requirement and is silver and brown in color.
- Neither the pre-patch or the Neo-GSA can be improved with Major Atlan Stones.
