- Found on the Body of Jaleh al-Thani inside of the Heart of Innocence Dungeon.
- Add to an Perfect Isparian Weapon to create a Weeping Weapon.
- The stone is not used up, so you only need one stone to make as many weeping weapons as you need. To remove the stone from a weapon, use the Isparian Weapons Modifying Tool.
