You can perceive very faint Empyrean letters on the inside of the gem - in order to read them, you would need to get the writing translated by someone skilled in Empyrean writings. • Large number found in on the floor of a specific room in the Mountain Sewer dungeon near Tou-Tou. The room is behind a locked door (Resistance 122) and is in the NE side of the dungeon next to a room with three chests.
