Stance in lore

Lore indicates that as buying and using lockpicks are frowned upon in local society, vendors do not openly advertise that they sell lockpicks if they do. Also since the tool is frowned upon, anyone who asks where the lockpicks are sold can be met with a hostile response:

Adventurer 1: "Excuse me, but do you know which vendor I can buy a lockpick from?"
Adventurer 2: "Fuck if I know."
