Quest Overview

A unique dungeon look and design highlights this starter-level quest.

Walk Through

1. Speak with Inuo KonKou at the Nanto East Outpost (52.4S, 85.3E) to get instructions and directions.
2. Travel to the Lytaway Dungeon and work your way to the end. Pick up a Broken Taper or two on the way if you would like.
3. Retrieve Inuo-Kon Kou's Book from the floor of the final room.
4. Return the book to Inuo at the Outpost.

Inuo KonKou tells you, "I am a keeper of lights, seeking to illuminate the paths of the lost, as the good Elders would have me do."
Inuo KonKou tells you, "I once filled an entire dungeon with glorious candles to help wanderers. Recently, some creature or other stole my reference book on magical lights."
Inuo KonKou tells you, "I suspect my book was stolen by drudges, who have lately taken up residence in the dungeon I filled with lights, the Kindled Path."
Inuo KonKou tells you, "Ungrateful creatures. The dungeon is to the east of here. Look for the candles that mark the entrance."

• The NPC's name on the quest book has a different spelling than the NPC himself. Is it truely his book? Hmm...
• During the Reforging the Past event, the timer was shortened from 24 hours to 20 hours.
• During the Learning From Experience event, the xp reward for the book was updated from 4,000 to 6,000.
