Mother of Asheron, wife of Atlan. Maila was a member of the council that imprisoned Bael'Zharon in the crystal array. All members of the council died during the imprisonment of the Hopeslayer except Asheron. This is because his mother willingly gave her life using Blood Magic with the help of Adja to grant Asheron eternal life.
