Notes
- Appears when the Radiant Blood takes control of Freebooter Keep or Northwatch Castle.
- Appears in the middle of the Courtyard after a Fortress has been successfully taken as part of the Land Control quest for 10 minutes. Will reward PKs from the society that just claimed the Keep with a Braced Mana Forge Key.
