- This particular hellfire spawns as part of Lady Aerfalle Quest. It appears once the Mount Esper Firestorm has been killed and spawns in the very middle of the crater of Mount Lethe.
- The infusion can be used to improve the Sword of Lost Light or may be given to Lilly of Glenden Wood for 4 million xp.
- Drops 9 infusions.
