Enter Targor's Cave, a hole in the ground at 68.2N 66.5E.
- Route: From Rithwic, take the Isparian Flame Estates portal at 8.7N, 60.9E.
From the entrance, head down the ramp and follow the hallway to a split.
Take a right at the split and work your way through the dungeon until you reach a large room with Archon Merille in it.
Kill her and loot the High Archon Kraest's Instructions from her corpse.
Continue past the room and take a right at the next split.
